Wiedersehen mit toskanischen Weinfreunden<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Zweimal den gleichen Hammerwein, das hatten wir noch nie. Der La Massa<\/strong> und der Giorgio Primo<\/strong> waren bereits vor einigen Jahren unsere Weine des Jahres. Der neue Jahrgang 2019 ist so unglaublich gut, dass wir einfach nicht anders konnten, als sie nochmals zu unseren Hammerweinen zu k\u00fcren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei La Massa denke ich oft an meinen ersten Besuch auf dem Weingut zur\u00fcck. Der Winzer Giampaolo Motta war voller Ideen, im Gespr\u00e4ch sprudelten die Worte auf sympathisch italienische Art aus ihm heraus. Bei der Verkostung wurde es jedoch pl\u00f6tzlich still, in diesem Moment sprachen die Weine zu uns. Ganz kurz stand die Welt still. Der Beginn einer wunderbaren Freundschaft und Zusammenarbeit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00abMartel\u00bb heisst \u00fcbersetzt \u00abHammer\u00bb. Unter einem Hammerwein verstehen wir einen qualitativen \u00dcberflieger \u2013 zum unschlagbaren Preis. Wie immer ist das Angebot einmalig und limitiert. Wir empfehlen: jetzt zugreifen!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Das Hammer-Weingut<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Massa steht f\u00fcr Innovation im Chianti Classico. Treibende Kraft des Weinguts ist der umtriebige Giampaolo Motta, der urspr\u00fcnglich aus Neapel stammt und seit 30 Jahren in der Toskana f\u00fcr frischen Wind und h\u00f6chste Qualit\u00e4t sorgt. Zum einen mit sehr dichter Bepflanzung, wie sie in Bordeaux \u00fcblich ist und zur Verbesserung der Weine beitr\u00e4gt. Zum anderen mit einer modernen Cantina, wo die Weine schonend gekeltert werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Erneuerung versteht Giampaolo Motta als Verbesserung der Tradition. Seit dem 14. Jahrhundert wird hier Wein produziert. Die Landschaft rund um La Massa ist vom Weinbau gepr\u00e4gt und unvergleichlich sch\u00f6n. Motta selbst wohnt in einem alten Landhaus auf dem Weingut und ist sich bewusst: Hier schlechten Wein zu produzieren, w\u00e4re eine Schande.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die Hammer-Weine<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Sowohl der La Massa<\/strong> als auch der Giorgio Primo<\/strong> setzen im Chianti Classico Massst\u00e4be. Beide Weine sind kraftvoll und elegant zugleich. Der La Massa<\/strong> ist eine Cuv\u00e9e aus Sangiovese und franz\u00f6sischen Rebsorten. Die Assemblage des Giorgio Primo besteht allein aus Bordeaux-Sorten. Damit sind die Weine Vertreter des modernen toskanischen Stils. Beides zug\u00e4ngliche Weine, die in ihren Kategorien stets h\u00f6chste Bewertungen erhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der privilegierten Lage Conca d\u2019Oro in der N\u00e4he von Panzano entsteht Weltklassewein. Nur perfekte Trauben sind gut genug f\u00fcr La Massa-Weine. Der Giorgio Primo<\/strong> repr\u00e4sentiert als Paradepferd die Essenz der besten Parzellen. Dieser Top-Wein wird 18 Monate in neuen Barriques ausgebaut und geh\u00f6rt ohne Zweifel zur Elite der Toskana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Der Hammer-Jahrgang 2019<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

2019 geh\u00f6rt sicher zu den ganz grossen Jahrg\u00e4ngen in der Toskana. Wir sind begeistert. Die Weine bestechen durch Harmonie, Vielschichtigkeit, Eleganz, Tiefe und Spannung. Keine Spur von \u00dcberreife oder \u00fcbertriebener Power. Der Fr\u00fchling 2019 war nass und sorgte f\u00fcr Wasservorr\u00e4te in den B\u00f6den. Anfang des Sommers war die Vegetation rund einen Monat weniger weit als \u00fcblich. Es folgte warmes, jedoch nicht \u00fcberm\u00e4ssig heisses Sommerwetter. Einige Regenschauer vor der Ernte verhinderten Trockenstress. Die Trauben reiften langsam und konnten so bis zur Ernte komplexe Aromen und eine sch\u00f6ne Balance entwickeln.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Degustation: Hammerm\u00e4ssig!<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

La Massa 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Viel blaue und rote Frucht, Kirsche, auch \u00e4therische und balsamische Noten, mediterrane Kr\u00e4uter, etwas Bleistift. Im Gaumen viel Frische und Spannung, geschmeidige Gerbstoffe, voller K\u00f6rper, dicht. Toller, langer Abgang. Der Alkohol ist perfekt integriert. Lagerpotential mindestens 8 Jahre, aber schon jetzt wunderbar zu trinken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Giorgio Primo 2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Nase zeigt dieser Bordeaux-Blend reife, dunkle Frucht, zum Beispiel Cassis. Zedernholz, minzige Frische, sehr komplex. Im Gaumen grandiose Tanninstruktur, feinste Gerbstoffe und Druck. Frische mit gleichzeitiger Power und Konzentration. Sehr langer Abgang. Ein Weinmonument. Enormes Lagerpotential: Mindestens 20 bis 25 Jahre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
