Beim ausgezeichneten Jahrgang 2019, der im Vergleich zu anderen Jahrg\u00e4ngen sehr preiswert ist, ist das auch nicht weiter verwunderlich. Noch k\u00f6nnen Sie sich <strong>bis zum 31. Juli 2020<\/strong> mit einer <a href=\"https:\/\/www.martel.ch\/shop\/wein\/aktionen\/subskription-bordeaux-2019.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sch\u00f6nen Auswahl<\/a> an Spitzenweinen eindecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Neben all den Grand Cru Class\u00e9-Weinen m\u00f6chten wir Ihnen heute auch die Angebote der so genannt kleinen Ch\u00e2teaux (Petits Ch\u00e2teaux) ans Herz legen, welche wir direkt importieren. Dazu geh\u00f6ren Ch\u00e2teau Chambrun\/Moncets, Mondorion, Grand Enclos de C\u00e9rons und Domaine de l\u2019A. Dar\u00fcber hinaus freuen wir uns sehr, ein neues Ch\u00e2teau aus dem Haut-M\u00e9doc vorzustellen, welches wir exklusiv in der Deutschschweiz anbieten:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ch\u00e2teau Belle-Vue<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Belle-Vue ist 2018 zu einem Cru Bourgeois exceptionnel aufgestiegen. Dies hat sicherlich mit der vorz\u00fcglichen Qualit\u00e4t der Weine zu tun. Die Weine sind konzentriert, dicht und mit einer herrlichen Gerbstoffstruktur. Dazu besitzen die Weine eine sch\u00f6ne Frische und Trinkigkeit und versprechen zudem ein grosses Reifepotential. Ungeduldige Weingeniesser k\u00f6nnen sich bereits jetzt mit dem vorz\u00fcglichen Jahrgang 2016 bei uns eindecken.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hervorzuheben ist, dass der Grand Vin mit einem relativ hohen Anteil an Petit-Verdot assembliert wird (15%, neben 50% Cabernet Sauvignon und 35% Merlot). Zudem wird mit dem \u00abPetit Verdot by Belle-Vue\u00bb komplett auf diese trendige Rebsorte gesetzt. Dieser Wein zeigt sehr sch\u00f6n das Potential von Petit Verdot: viel schwarze Frucht und reichlich Tannin, welches dank seiner hohen Qualit\u00e4t feink\u00f6rnig und geschmeidig erscheint. Auch hier kann mit einem formidablen Lagerpotential gerechnet werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ch\u00e2teau Chambrun \/ Moncets<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Hier kommen unsere Merlot-Liebhaber auf ihre Kosten. Schliesslich macht Merlot mindestens 94% an der Assemblage aus. Die Weinberge aus der Appellation Lalande-de-Pomerol liegen teilweise nur ein paar hundert Meter von Ch\u00e2teau Petrus entfernt! Mit dem 2019er ist Ch\u00e2teau Chambrun ein grosser Wein und der bis dato beste Jahrgang gelungen: eine k\u00fchle Aromatik gepaart mit einem druckvollen, dichten K\u00f6rper und einem langen Abgang sind ein Versprechen f\u00fcr die Zukunft. Auch der preiswerte Ch\u00e2teau Moncets macht mit seiner rotfruchtigen, frischen und saftigen Art bereits jetzt richtig Spass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Domaine de l\u2019A<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Domaine de l\u2019A vom renommierten Flying Wine Maker Stephane Derenoncourt und seiner Frau Christine zeigen mit Ihren Weinen das Potential der bis anhin etwas vernachl\u00e4ssigten Appellation C\u00f4tes de Castilion. \u00c4hnlich wie auf dem Plateau in St. Emilion liegen die Weinberge auf k\u00fchlen Lehmkalkb\u00f6den. Cabernet Franc gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung, da dieser den Anforderungen des Klimawandels besser gewachsen ist als Merlot. Die Weine jedenfalls besitzen viel Balance und Komplexit\u00e4t!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Schliesslich k\u00f6nnen wir auch die folgenden zwei Weine aus dem Jahr 2019 vorbehaltlos empfehlen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ch\u00e2teau Mondorion aus St.Emilion zeigt viel Extrakt und dank Cabernet Franc eine angenehme Frische. In zwei oder drei Jahren werden die noch etwas antrocknenden Gerbstoffe viel Trinkgenuss bereiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Last but not least hat auch Grand Enclos de C\u00e9rons aus der Region Graves eine tolle Qualit\u00e4t im 2019 geliefert. Sowohl der belebende, saftige Blanc als auch der elegante, w\u00fcrzige Rouge machen bereits jetzt richtig Spass.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>W\u00e4hrend Bordeaux im Bereich der Grand Cru Class\u00e9s ein recht kostspieliges Vergn\u00fcgen darstellen, ist das <strong>Preis-Leistungs-Verh\u00e4ltnis bei unseren \u00abPetits Ch\u00e2teaux\u00bb schlicht grossartig.<\/strong> Dank Primeur-Preisen sind die Weine jetzt g\u00fcnstiger als zu ihrer Lancierung im 2022.
