Der Status des Freundes ist egal. Sie begleiten mich schon ein halbes Leben. Ausl\u00f6ser f\u00fcr diese Freundschaft ist meist ein besonderes Erlebnis oder ein Ritual, das man mit diesem Wein verbindet. Es gibt viele verschiedene Arten von Wein und ebenso viele Arten von Freundschaften. Jede hat ihre eigenen Nuancen und Qualit\u00e4ten.\r\n\r\nIch mag auch sogenannte einfache Weine, wenn sie handwerklich gemacht sind und man ihre Herkunft sp\u00fcrt. Dann sind sie echt. Authentizit\u00e4t ist eine Eigenschaft, die ich bei Freunden und Weinen sch\u00e4tze. Mein Beruf und meine Leidenschaft f\u00fcr Wein bringen es gl\u00fccklicherweise mit sich, dass ich manchmal grosse und teure Weine trinken darf. Oft sind es Weine, die eine ganze Kultur repr\u00e4sentieren. Das gilt zum Beispiel f\u00fcr viele Weine aus dem Burgund, wo ich mich zu Hause f\u00fchle und ich Freunde habe. Deshalb engagiere ich mich aktiv in der Organisation Grand M\u00e9c\u00e8ne Fondateur f\u00fcr den Schutz der typischen Weinbergsparzellen, der Climats de Bourgogne. Beim Wein l\u00e4sst sich Freundschaft wunderbar erleben. Gute Freunde und gute Weine haben gemeinsam, dass sie unser Herz ber\u00fchren und dort einen festen Platz einnehmen. Sowohl der Wein als auch die Freundschaft brauchen Pflege. Wenn wir ihnen nicht gen\u00fcgend Sorge tragen, k\u00f6nnen Freundschaften und Weine verblassen.
