Vor ziemlich genau einem Jahr kontaktierte uns Philippe Rouvinez und bot uns <strong>den ersten Jahrgang seines neuen Projektes exklusiv an.<\/strong> Wir trafen uns im Wallis, degustierten ab Fass, waren sofort begeistert und sicherten uns den Syrah 2018 der Domaine de Diolly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Auf \u00fcber 650 Metern \u00fcber Meer \u2013 in perfekter S\u00fcdlage \u2013 reifen die Syrah-Trauben auf einem mageren und steinigen Kalkschiefer-Boden. <strong>Folglich perfekte Bedingungen, um tiefgr\u00fcndige, spannungsgeladene und elegante Weine zu vinifizieren.<\/strong> So ist es denn auch kein Wunder, dass dieser Weinberg im Jahre 1927 der Allererste in der Schweiz war, der mit Syrah-Reben bepflanzt wurde.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Im Glas zeigt der Domaine de Diolly 2018 eine dunkle, fast undurchdringliche Farbe. <strong>Wundersch\u00f6ne, volle und typische Syrah-Frucht.<\/strong> Im Gaumen findet sich dann ein druckvoller Auftakt mit viel Konzentration, Substanz und W\u00fcrze. Die Gerbstoffe pr\u00e4sentieren sich trotz Jugend bereits geschliffen und feink\u00f6rnig. Eine tolle S\u00e4ure macht den Wein lebendig, gar animierend und schenkt ihm eine sch\u00f6ne Eleganz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Die neue \u00abKreation\u00bb von Philippe Rouvinez wird zuk\u00fcnftig \u2013 da sind wir uns sicher \u2013 f\u00fcr Furore sorgen.
